The first experience was bad timing on our part, choosing to go during dinner hours resulted in a super long wait (about an hour or so) but we didn't call ahead so no blame to the restaurant there. Even if we were wanting to point a finger, we would quickly put it down because the food is DELICIOUS. This experience was much faster as we ordered ahead and even late but they were so so kind about it.. Once again food was hot, fresh, well seasoned and great portions. Both times we've enjoyed a large calzone (pepperoni, cheese, ham, canadian bacon) which easily could fill 2 people if not 3!..a pizza last time, and the garlic and artichoke pizza with white sauce this time. I can't forget the twisted bread with garlic and butter. Yumm. I definitely applaud this restaurant for it's fresh and delicious food. We will continue to order here. Pricing is fair for such great portions and an A+ to the customer service as well! ”

“ We were coming into town late and needed to get some grub, get to the hotel, and crash out to be on the road to find the fish. Pizza Factory was one of the only places open at 830pm. They took our order less than half an hour before closing. We arrived 10 min before closing to grab our pizza and salads. We were greeted with smiles. They outfitted us with all the plates, napkins, forks, cheese, pepper flakes, and even ranch we didn't ask for(good ranch too!). The pizza was delicious after a long day.
